The MPL Season 16 Playoffs are finally here, and the Philippine Mobile Legends: Bang Bang scene is ready for one of the biggest esports spectacles of the year. After weeks of upsets, highlight reels, and jaw-dropping clutch plays featuring the stars from fan-favorite teams Aurora Gaming, Team Liquid PH, and ONIC Philippines, all roads now lead to the MPL PH Season 16 Grand Finals.

The MPL PH Season 16 Playoffs are set to run from October 22 to 26, with winners booking coveted slots at the upcoming M7 World Championships in Jakarta, Indonesia. This season’s finale marks a milestone for Philippine esports — the entire event will be held at the Cuneta Astrodome in Pasay City.
The Astrodome, best known for its iconic role in Philippine basketball and entertainment, will now play host to the country’s most prestigious Mobile Legends: Bang Bang tournament to date. With room for over 2,000 fans daily, this is the biggest live crowd in MPL PH history — an auspicious sign for the local esports industry as it continues to push the boundaries higher.
The tournament will feature an Indoor Area for a more intimate experience for the fans and the action and tickets are still currently available as of writing. For those unable to secure tickets for the Indoor area, the Outdoor area, dubbed the MPL Festival, is free for everyone in attendance.
Despite being a free part of the MPL PH Season 16 Playoffs, the MPL Festival is full of things to do for the die-hard Mobile Legends: Bang Bang fan. There will be team merch booths from Team Liquid PH, ONIC Philippines, Aurora Gaming, Smart Omega, Twisted Minds PH, TNC Pro Team, and Team Falcons. There will also be a Watch Party stage where fans can catch a glimpse of the action. Main Sponsor Booths will also be available for everyone’s entertainment. To round it off, there will also be a variety of activity booths featuring a Fansiklaban, MLBB 9th anniversary, the Road to M7 wall, and a chance to interact with popular MLBB restreamers.
