SIBOL will not embark on the 20th Asian Games alone.
The Philippine Esports Organization (PESO) will have more support for the country’s esports national teams thanks to a renewed partnership with ArenaSocial.
PESO Executive Director Marlon Marcelo said that ArenaSocial’s continued commitment in helping SIBOL ahead of the continental games was built on a shared vision to “invest in the future” of the country’s esports athletes.
“The Asian Games is a historic milestone for esports and our athletes deserve every opportunity to focus entirely on their training and performance,” Marcelo said.
“We are deeply grateful to ArenaSocial, led by Managing Director Riaan Laubscher, for sharing our vision and stepping forward to invest in the future of Filipino esports athletes.”
“Together, we look forward to supporting Team SIBOL as they play for the flag and represent our nation with pride.”

For ArenaSocial, continuing its support for SIBOL means staying involved beyond a single tournament.
After helping PESO and SIBOL during their SEA Games Thailand campaign, the partnership now moves forward with another chapter.
Filipino representatives qualified in six esports titles, namely Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB), Honor of Kings (HoK), Naraka: Bladepoint, Puyo Puyo Champions, Pokemon UNITE, and Identity V.
Nagoya presents another test for the Philippines and another opportunity for its players to show that Filipino esports belongs among Asia’s best.
With Asiad on the horizon, SIBOL General Manager Jab Escutin rallied his troops on.
“The upcoming Asian Games in Nagoya marks a historic moment for Esports,” said Escutin.
“Our athletes are exceptionally well positioned to solidify our reputation as a global hub for top tier talent and bring pride to our nation.”
Once the competition begins in Japan, the battle-tested esports players will have more than their individual teams behind them.
They will have a country watching, and partners like ArenaSocial, helping them along the way.
