
The Honor of Kings competitive season for 2026 kicks off with the Invitational Season 4. Filipino reps Blacklist International and BOOM Esports have officially landed in Jakarta, Indonesia. The tournament features eight of the best HoK teams from the Global scene to compete for the lion’s share of the $100,000 prize pool. Honor of Kings Invitational Season 4 will begin on January 31 at the GBK Basketball Hall.

Both Filipino teams return with familiar rosters, betting on added chemistry and familiarity to get over the hump for a first international trophy for the Philippines. Blacklist International return to the international stage with a 4th place finish at the Honor of Kings International Championship 2025 with a loss to Malayia’s Alpha Gaming. BOOM Esports also had a tough time in their last international competition also losing to Alpha Gaming and secured a meager 5th-6th place finish.
The tournament will feature a Group Stage before culminating in a Single Elimination Knockout Stage. The teams joining Blacklist International and BOOM Esports are the best-of-the-best from their respective regions as well. The undisputed kings of HoK Global Esports, Malaysia parade Nova Esports and Team HAQ. Rising nation, Indonesia feature an extra slot being host so bring Bigetron by Vitality, Dominator Esports, and Kagendra. While the lone East Asian squad is Nongshim Red Esports from South Korea.
With Malaysia’s dominance in HoK still looming over other countries, Blacklist International and BOOM Esports look to change up the status quo in the upcoming Honor of Kings Invitational Season 4.
